Role overview
Fioreva Studio is hiring an Account Manager for its Doha office. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to someone who is highly organized, client-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency setting.
The role centers on building strong client partnerships, keeping internal teams aligned, overseeing delivery timelines, and making sure client expectations are met with a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients and manage their day-to-day needs.
- Track client feedback, approvals, and project status updates.
- Work closely with the content, design, video, and advertising teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Keep an eye on deadlines, milestones, and final deliverables.
- Create reports and share performance summaries with relevant stakeholders.
- Join client meetings and presentations when required.
- Help ensure marketing campaigns and plans are executed without issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in account management at a marketing agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with confident presentation ability.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency will be considered an advantage.
- Comfortable handling several clients at the same time.
- Must be currently based in Qatar or open to relocating there.
