Role overview
In this position, you will take ownership of partnerships in Ghana, grow existing client relationships, uncover new commercial opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue expansion. You will work with a multicultural, international team to help deliver Gameloft Business Solutions successfully to partners.
What you will do
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients while spotting chances to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify prospects, reach out to potential customers, and present the company’s services and products to them.
- Lead discussions on commercial terms and contractual points with clients.
- Partner with regional commercial and operations teams to support business growth.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to launch new projects on schedule and within budget.
- Work with stakeholders such as operations, fellow account managers, and digital project teams to meet business targets.
- Build a solid understanding of the product portfolio and suggest improvements for active projects where needed.
- Organize priorities with a clear focus on revenue impact.
Team and reporting line
You will join a small team of about five people located across Europe, Dubai, and Africa. The role reports to the Commercial Director and involves close collaboration with operations, account management, digital project teams, and finance, along with support for advertising-related initiatives. The work environment is fast-moving and international, and you will engage with established organizations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Education, Digital Marketing, Business Management, or a similar discipline.
- Between 5 and 10 years of experience working with mobile operators in digital and mobile content, including VAS services.
- Working knowledge of account management tools.
- Background in digital content delivery and management.
- Strong English communication skills, including confident presentations.
- Good grasp of project management fundamentals.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and Jira.
- Exposure to CRM platforms.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a creative mindset.
- Well-organized, structured, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative approach and strong teamwork orientation.
