Account Manager

Role overview

The Account Manager supports store performance by managing rental accounts, providing outstanding service, selling additional products, carrying out deliveries and pickups, keeping the location aligned with standards, and handling early-stage collections. The role is designed to strengthen sales and account health through solid customer relationships while following the company’s mission and values.

The role includes an hourly pay range starting at $13.01 and going up to $15.30.

What you will do

• Manage a defined group of accounts and nurture ongoing customer relationships.
• Work on early delinquency collections for accounts 1 to 6 days past due, and follow daily and weekly collection targets.
• Use account management tools to protect account health and obtain payment commitments.
• Handle assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-up visits.
• Provide high-quality customer service in the store, by phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Help drive sales by creating new rental agreements and supporting revenue growth.
• Transport, install, and handle merchandise safely.
• Keep the showroom and company vehicles in proper condition.
• Follow all safety rules and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving history is required.
• Strong communication and customer service ability is essential.

Physical demands

• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Comfort with extended periods of standing and driving.

Schedule and work setting

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday.
• Sundays are off, plus one additional weekday off.
• This is a physically active job that involves lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
