Ad Operations Student Position

Role Overview

Predicto is hiring a detail-focused student to support its marketing analyst team in an Ad Operations role. This opportunity is based in Doha and is suited to someone who wants to gain experience in a fast-moving ad tech environment.

What You’ll Do

• Review campaign performance, spot opportunities to improve results, adjust audience targeting, and recommend changes to ad creatives when needed.
• Set up, launch, and oversee campaigns across different channels and platforms to ensure they go live correctly and on time.
• Create Excel-based reports to monitor key performance indicators, support business targets, and guide new campaign ideas.
• Carry out implementation checks and quality assurance tests for campaigns and websites before launch.
• Investigate issues in scheduled campaigns, identify bugs, and support proactive troubleshooting.

Who This Role Is For

This position is intended for students in their first or second year of study, particularly those pursuing Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or those with equivalent experience. The role requires a commitment of 15–20 working hours per week.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical ability and solid technical aptitude.
• Comfort using data analysis tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Added value if you have exposure to PPC, programmatic media, or ad operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
