Role overview
This is a full-time Admin Manager position based in Chennai, requiring work from the office. The role is scheduled for the night shift aligned to EST hours, from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
What you will handle
- Oversee daily office administration and provide support to employees on routine operational needs.
- Arrange and manage employee transportation, ensuring cab services run smoothly for the night shift.
- Plan and coordinate meal services so employees have timely food arrangements during working hours.
- Keep office consumables stocked, including pantry supplies, stationery, drinking water, and other essential items.
- Liaise with vendors, service partners, housekeeping, security, and building management to keep operations running well.
- Address facility-related concerns and support the uninterrupted functioning of the workplace.
- Maintain administrative files, invoices, vendor paperwork, and related reports.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, team meetings, and office events.
- Monitor employee administration requests and work toward timely resolution.
- Follow company administrative policies and internal procedures to ensure compliance.
Candidate profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong interpersonal ability.
- Solid coordination skills, especially in vendor and service management.
- Well-developed organization, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Capable of managing several tasks at once and balancing competing priorities.
- Willingness to work in a night-shift setup.
- Self-driven and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Eligibility and experience
- Open to graduates from any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in administration, facilities management, office operations, employee transport coordination, or vendor management.
- Experience in BPO, staffing, IT services, consulting, or corporate office environments is preferred.
- Working knowledge of employee transport processes, facility operations, and office administration practices is expected.

Compensation
