Position overview

This role is for a well-organized and dependable Administrative Assistant who can help keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently. The position supports staff, leadership, and guests in a professional, approachable, and service-oriented way.

The right candidate should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, staying on top of details, and finding practical solutions while contributing to a positive workplace experience.

What you will do

  • Support managers and team members with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate calendars, book meetings, and arrange appointments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, then route questions to the right person.
  • Draft, revise, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Keep records, files, and office documentation organized and current.
  • Enter data accurately and maintain updated information.
  • Help with travel planning, meeting setup, and event coordination when required.
  • Track office inventory and ensure supplies and equipment are stocked.
  • Receive visitors and maintain a courteous, welcoming front-office atmosphere.
  • Assist with special assignments and other clerical duties as needed.

What we are looking for

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further training or study in administration is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in office administration, support work, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management ability.
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, plus other office applications.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information carefully and discreetly.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Capability to work on your own while also being a reliable team contributor.
