Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and service-minded Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office activity. This position plays an important part in keeping operations running efficiently while assisting staff, managers, and guests in a professional and courteous way.
The right person will be comfortable juggling several priorities, staying on top of details, and helping create a welcoming experience for everyone in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers and other team members with a wide range of administrative duties.
- Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, then route requests to the correct contact.
- Create, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Keep records, files, and office documentation well maintained and easy to access.
- Enter and update data carefully to keep information current and accurate.
- Assist with travel bookings, meeting setup, and event coordination when needed.
- Monitor office inventory and help maintain supplies and equipment.
- Greet visitors and help maintain a polished, friendly front-office atmosphere.
- Contribute to special assignments and other administrative work as required.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; extra administrative education or training is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to office administration, general support, or customer-facing work is preferred.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities are essential.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills are needed.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with other office tools.
- Ability to manage sensitive information carefully and discreetly.
- Good attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing well in a team setting.
