Key Duties
- Handle administrative work such as check requests and other miscellaneous assignments.
- Prepare, enter, draft, and revise time records in Intapp.
- Support operational needs, including IT support requests and coordination with the mailroom.
- Book conference rooms and help coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist multiple teams by prioritizing projects and responding to special requests.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of experience doing basic office and clerical work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Professional conduct and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfort working as part of a team and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
Preferred Experience
- Background in a law firm or other professional services setting.
- Exposure to tools such as BigHand and ServiceNow.
- Interest in keeping technical skills current through training and coursework.
