Through its Prestige Homes division, the company has spent more than 50 years designing and building mini, modular, and multi-family homes to exacting quality and customer standards.
The business is looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to improve workflow, support teams across departments, and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. This role suits someone who is organized, proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Deliver advanced administrative and operational assistance to teams across the organization
- Help prepare, manage, and monitor reports, presentations, and other documents
- Keep retail customers informed with current samples, bulletins, and related updates
- Provide confidential support to the Human Resources team
- Assist with onboarding activities and technology setup for newly hired employees
- Update and maintain internal databases, records, and systems with a high degree of accuracy
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in office administration, business support, or a similar coordination role
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments such as HR, finance, operations, and marketing
- Strong organizational skills and a careful eye for detail
- Ability to manage several priorities at once while working with urgency and delivering results
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook), document-sharing tools, scheduling platforms, and digital collaboration systems
- A cooperative, team-oriented mindset and readiness to step in wherever help is needed
