Role overviewThe Admission Counselor will serve as a key guide for students pursuing overseas education at Texas Review in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on shaping each student’s path from the first enquiry through university admission, while also helping the organisation meet ambitious enrolment goals.Core responsibilitiesDeliver focused tele-counselling and face-to-face counselling sessions to identify and recommend suitable universities in the USA, UK, and Ireland based on each student’s profile.Develop strong student relationships by clearly explaining university choices, application steps, and international career possibilities.Coordinate smoothly between students, partner universities, and internal operations teams so the admission process remains efficient and accurate.Maintain consistent follow-ups and keep CRM records complete and up to date so every lead is tracked properly.Organise university events and manage student appointments for campus visits and interactions with university representatives.Track campaign outcomes and share important performance data with senior management to improve conversion results.Support the activity calendar and contribute toward monthly lead-generation and conversion objectives within set deadlines.Spot new local marketing opportunities and work with the team to build a productive, positive work environment.Candidate profileThe organisation is looking for someone with 3 to 4 years of experience in overseas education or premium sales consulting. The right candidate should be confident in handling objections, have a strong instinct for closing enrollments quickly, and possess solid knowledge of points-based systems and admission regulations for the USA, UK, and Europe. Strong English communication skills are essential and mandatory, along with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.Compensation and growthThis position offers a fixed monthly salary along with unlimited performance-based incentives.
