About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Advertising Planner Manager to take ownership of advertising strategy, media planning, and campaign performance. This position suits someone who can turn data into action, build effective media plans, and guide campaigns that improve reach, engagement, conversions, and overall return on investment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of advertising planners and media professionals.
- Design and implement advertising strategies across digital, social, search, and offline media channels.

- Carry out audience studies, market research, and competitor comparisons.
- Handle budget planning, forecasting, and media spend distribution.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to keep campaign goals aligned.
- Oversee media buying approaches and participate in vendor discussions where needed.
- Review performance data and convert findings into practical optimization actions.
- Prepare media plans, campaign structures, and reporting dashboards.
- Keep up with advertising trends, platform changes, and best practices in the industry.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in advertising, media planning, digital marketing, or closely related work.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial position preferred.
- Solid understanding of media planning, advertising strategy, and campaign improvement methods.
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic advertising platforms, or comparable systems.
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and project coordination.
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong strategic judgment along with creative problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
