Role overview
This position is for a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead / Agile Coach who can steer Agile change and strengthen delivery performance across several teams and programs. The role focuses on helping Scrum teams work effectively, scaling Agile ways of working, running Program Increment planning, coordinating dependencies between teams, and raising the organization’s Agile capability while keeping delivery visible, reliable, and high quality.
What you will do
- Oversee Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams and keep their work aligned with business goals and program priorities.
- Run PI Planning, ART synchronization, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and other scaled Agile events.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders on Agile values, Lean methods, and continuous improvement practices.
- Track and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery issues across multiple workstreams.
- Put in place Agile governance, delivery measurement, reporting structures, and executive dashboards that clearly show program status.
- Strengthen Agile maturity, improve delivery consistency, and support operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, security, and business stakeholders to improve planning, execution, and release coordination.
- Contribute to wider Agile transformation efforts by coaching leadership and delivery teams on effective practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional Agile or DevOps certifications will be viewed as an advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in Agile Delivery, Agile Coaching, Program Delivery, or Enterprise Transformation.

The role requires experience in one or more of the following delivery areas: Application Development & Integration, including SDLC, DevOps, and release trains; Cloud & Cybersecurity, including secure Agile delivery and compliance-aware sprints; and ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SPM.
