Job Summary

We are seeking experienced AI professionals, including AI Engineers with 4+ years of experience and AI Architects with 13+ years of experience, to join our team. The role focuses on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and RAG-based solutions. Successful candidates will have practical experience in developing, deploying, and scaling AI applications within cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/GenAI applications utilizing OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and various LLMs.
• Create AI-powered chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, and Agentic AI systems.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector search functionalities.
• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for effective AI interactions.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Manage the deployment and operational aspects of AI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Architect enterprise-scale AI solutions and establish robust AI frameworks.
• Define strategic AI roadmaps, ensuring proper governance, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide guidance and leadership to teams involved in AI implementation and adoption initiatives.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI and Azure OpenAI services.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and implementation.
• Experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Vector Databases for efficient data retrieval.
• Ability to work with REST APIs for seamless integration.
• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
• Experience with major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Skills for AI Architects

• Expertise in GenAI Architecture and LLM Architecture design.
• Understanding of MLOps and LLMOps principles for managing AI lifecycles.
• Solid background in Data Science and Data Engineering.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns for scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with AI Security and Governance frameworks.
