About the Role

Tether is looking for an AI Filmmaker to create short-form films and videos with the help of AI-powered image and video tools. The role focuses on turning ideas into engaging visual stories that highlight products, communicate brand messages, and support the company’s wider marketing efforts. What You’ll Do

• Produce short films and video content using AI-based image and video generation tools.
• Polish and edit AI-generated footage to create professional, visually compelling output.
• Work with marketing teammates to develop concepts for Tether and associated brands.
• Keep all video assets consistent with brand standards and key communication goals.
• Track new developments in AI filmmaking and bring useful techniques into day-to-day work.
• Handle several projects at once while meeting demanding deadlines.
• Test different visual styles, formats, and effects to deliver distinctive content.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in video production and editing, backed by a solid portfolio.
• Comfort using AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL-E, or similar tools.
• Strong command of editing software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Well-developed storytelling ability, along with a sharp eye for composition and detail.
• Ability to turn concepts into finished content quickly with AI-driven workflows.
• Understanding of digital marketing and how to adapt content for social media.
• Good planning and organizational skills, plus the ability to work independently and deliver on time.
• Interest in technology, Bitcoin, and innovation is an added advantage.
