What you'll do

  • Set the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven offerings and features, then turn that plan into execution.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to build AI solutions that can scale.
  • Convert business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML specialists on LLM use cases, AI agents, automation capabilities, recommendation engines, and data intelligence products.
  • Research the market, study competitors, and analyze user feedback to uncover new product opportunities.
  • Rank features by business value, customer demand, and implementation feasibility.
  • Track product outcomes, engagement trends, and operational metrics, then use those insights to improve the product continuously.
  • Drive launch planning and coordinate execution across all relevant stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of product management experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflows.
  • Background working with technical, cross-functional teams in agile product settings.
  • Strong analytical ability and a practical approach to solving problems.
  • Comfort communicating with both technical experts and non-technical partners.
  • Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar software.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
