We are seeking a highly skilled AI Researcher to join our expanding AI team. In this position, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and enhancement of ML/LLM-powered services and features that drive intelligent automation and AI-driven product experiences throughout the Workato platform. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering, Product, and Design teams to establish and monitor product metrics and evaluation strategies, conceptualize customer-facing experiments, and conduct in-depth analyses to derive actionable insights. This role is perfectly suited for an individual who possesses a strong grasp of ML/LLM principles, robust software engineering capabilities, and a pragmatic approach to delivering dependable, scalable AI systems.
