About the role
This position is for a hands-on AI Video Creator who will shape how Base360 appears through video. The work is centered on turning product stories into launch films, ads, and social-first content that captures attention quickly and creates an emotional response. This is a highly creative role for someone working at the overlap of storytelling, motion, and modern AI production tools, and who wants their output seen by a fast-scaling audience.
You will not be given a finished brief and asked to simply execute it. Instead, you will be expected to develop the idea, produce the asset, and deliver it quickly.
What you will do
- Develop striking video content that is built to stop the scroll, including product launch pieces, advertisements, social clips, and brand films that help attract people to Base360.
- Use AI-driven creative tools from start to finish for video, voice, image, and music generation, including platforms such as Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and similar future tools, to create more content at better speed and quality.
- Handle animation and editing work, including motion design, product demos, kinetic typography, and polished transitions that bring the product to life.
- Take ownership of ideas from the first concept through final export, including pitching the concept, building the edit, and delivering the finished piece.
- Create assets for multiple formats, such as vertical short-form videos for TikTok and Reels, paid social ad creatives, and hero videos for the website.
- Maintain a consistent premium brand identity across all video output so that every asset feels cohesive.
- Work quickly, test different creative approaches, track what performs well, and focus effort on what gets results.
What we are looking for
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates genuine quality in video and motion work.
- Comfort and fluency with AI creative tools, along with a strong interest in staying current with new capabilities.
- Good creative judgment and taste, with an ability to tell the difference between polished, premium work and work that feels generic or cheap.
- The ability to work independently and turn a rough concept into a strong final result without close supervision.
- An understanding of how to capture attention in the first three seconds and keep viewers engaged through the end.
- Extra value will be given to candidates with experience in short-form social content, paid ad creatives, or building a brand’s video presence from the ground up.
