Role Overview
Enchanté Accessories is looking for an Amazon Advertising Manager to take ownership of paid media planning, execution, and optimization across a growing mix of brands and product lines. The position focuses on improving efficiency, increasing profitable sales, and building repeatable marketplace growth strategies.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and refine Amazon PPC activity across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other Amazon ad formats.
- Handle substantial advertising budgets while protecting profitability, ROAS targets, and overall account performance.
- Review campaign data, keyword movement, conversion trends, and competitor activity to find opportunities for improvement.
- Create and roll out advertising approaches that can scale revenue across multiple brands and large SKU assortments.
- Track and improve TACOS, ACOS, CTR, CVR, and related performance indicators.
- Work closely with leadership, sales, creative, and eCommerce teams to keep advertising aligned with wider business priorities.
- Carry out market, category, and competitor research to surface trends and marketplace openings.
- Use advanced spreadsheet modeling and data analysis for forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and planning.
- Manage ad operations in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central environments.
- Prepare clear reporting, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Spot inefficiencies, operating risks, and growth opportunities early, then implement scalable fixes.
- Stay highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable across all ad initiatives.
- Take on other related tasks as needed.
Competencies
- Deep familiarity with Amazon advertising strategy, campaign structures, bidding, and optimization methods.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central ad systems.
- Proven experience managing monthly ad spend above $150K.
- Ability to run campaigns for multiple brands and/or very large product catalogs.
- Strong digital marketing foundation with a track record of building growth-focused campaign strategies.
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet analysis capability for reporting, forecasting, and performance review.
- Sharp analytical thinking with comfort handling large data sets and turning insights into action.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and execution driven.
- Clear communicator who can collaborate across teams and present findings to leadership.
- Comfort managing several priorities in a fast-moving environment without sacrificing accuracy.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs, marketplace dynamics, and retail profitability drivers.
Experience & Education
This role requires 3-5+ years of hands-on Amazon advertising, PPC management, and digital marketing experience. Candidates with large-scale Amazon ad program exposure, high monthly spend responsibility, and extensive product catalog management will be especially well suited. Background in eCommerce, consumer goods, home products, accessories, or similar categories is preferred.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is 100K to 150K.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Manhattan, NY.
