What you bring

You should have a university degree in Engineering, Math/Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience. The role calls for 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong capability in statistical analysis, reporting, and communicating insights to leadership.

  • Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and data analysis methods such as linear and logistic regression, decision trees, affinity analysis, clustering or segmentation, and time-series forecasting.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly to management.
  • Comfort with coding and analytical platforms such as KNIME.
  • Practical experience with Tableau or Power BI, Python, and SQL.
  • Exposure to advanced consumer intelligence or marketing analytics methods.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Preferred assets

  • Experience with data pipeline design and GIS software.
  • Experience building and maintaining Python models.
  • Certifications in MS Office, SAS, KNIME, Snowflake, or Tableau.

Success profile

  • Ability to turn quantitative information into clear, visually compelling stories.
  • Strong time management in a fast-paced environment with deadline-driven work.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt quickly as priorities change.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and positive mindset.
  • Genuine interest in capital markets, financial services, banking, and emerging technology such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
