The role involves managing compensation cycles, safeguarding the quality of compensation data, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and identifying ways to improve systems and workflows while staying aligned with company standards.Key responsibilitiesManage salary and bonus cycles for assigned regions within SLA timelines while maintaining a strong candidate experience.Handle lateral transfers, promotions, bonus calculations, and preparation of compensation offer letters.Work closely with Business HR and Compensation COHRE to keep operational and strategic activities aligned.Carry out compensation data updates in HR systems and ensure every change is backed by proper supporting documentation.Review completed transactions to confirm policy adherence, accuracy, and data quality.Research and resolve compensation queries and discrepancies escalated through CBS HR.Create incentive plan models and detailed reports for review and approval by Compensation COHRE.Examine annual salary reviews, market corrections, and pay structure changes against corporate guidelines.Support compensation survey submissions and help maintain HR technology platforms such as SuccessFactors.Required qualificationsBachelor’s degree is required.1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources is expected.At least 2 years of hands-on compensation management experience is needed.Good understanding of core HR operational processes.Working knowledge of Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred qualificationsExposure to SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay, along with SAP, is preferred.Advanced Excel capability and the ability to use AI tools effectively would be an advantage.Skills and competenciesCustomer service orientationCompensation analysisData interpretation and synthesisMulti-tasking and request managementPrioritization and follow-upIssue escalation and resolutionAttention to detailStakeholder coordinationHR systems handlingAdditional informationNo relocation support is provided for this position.Job Number: #173242.
