Position overview
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited is hiring an Analyst for Digital Editorial support within the Digital Experience Center of Excellence, part of the Global Brand & Marketing organization. The role is centered on shaping how digital content and campaigns are planned, governed, prioritized, and aligned across global teams. It sits in a matrixed environment where editorial judgment, governance discipline, and collaboration across regions are critical.
The position contributes to strategic planning and decision-making by helping define and refine Deloitte’s global content and campaign governance model. The successful candidate will help connect the editorial process, content pipeline, and content calendars to the initial campaign brief, while working to improve quality, reduce duplication, and increase the value of content for external audiences and key stakeholders.
What you will do
- Set up, maintain, and improve Deloitte’s global framework for content and campaign governance.
- Assist with planning, upkeep, and day-to-day use of global content and campaign calendars.
- Create and apply governance standards and editorial rules to help prioritize campaigns and content across regions.
- Work with stakeholders across global and geographic teams to organize meetings, document decisions, and keep editorial groups aligned.
- Link campaign pipeline inputs with briefing workflows, identify issues early, resolve competing priorities, and support content lifecycle activities.
Team environment
The Digital Experience Center of Excellence supports Deloitte’s digital content and campaign experiences across channels. The team works with stakeholders in different markets and functions to strengthen governance, improve quality, and ensure alignment. The role is part of a global, collaborative setup focused on strong planning, sound editorial decisions, and audience-focused execution.
Schedule and location
This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The shift timing is 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Required qualifications
The role calls for a bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy in marketing, brand, corporate communications, or agency settings. Candidates should have experience handling stakeholder expectations and resolving disagreements across cross-functional teams spread across locations. Prior exposure to editorial governance, content planning, or campaign planning is needed, along with experience working with senior stakeholders to build agreement and drive decisions. The role also requires the ability to carry out quality checks for digital content or web pages.
Preferred background
A master’s degree is preferred. Additional advantage will be given to candidates with experience in B2B marketing or professional services, and those who have worked with global stakeholders on cross-border content or campaign initiatives.
