Job description

Role Overview

Trexin Consulting is hiring an Analyst to work closely with client teams in a collaborative setting. The role involves contributing practical insights, supporting projects centered on key business challenges, and helping maintain a high standard of client satisfaction. The firm also emphasizes developing Analyst consultants through hands-on training in AI and other technologies and platforms relevant to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a solid understanding of the client’s business so you can help shape effective processes and organizational approaches that lead to measurable business value.
  • Develop trusted relationships by working well with client stakeholders and Trexin peer teams.
  • Perform hands-on technical delivery work using tools and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Anthropic AI, Python, Azure, GitHub, and related platforms.
  • Partner with project teams to weave change management activities into broader project plans.
  • Take part in gathering requirements and solution-design discussions, and document business and system needs in alignment with business users to better understand priorities and how technology can improve performance.
  • Prepare client-facing deliverables such as requirement documents, functional design materials, current-state and future-state process flows, strategy assessments, and proposals.
  • Support program management and project execution for technology-enabled business solutions across the full systems development lifecycle.

Skills and Experience Needed

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in consulting or another professional environment.
  • Practical coding or development experience gained through school or work, with the ability to explain a full program built from design through implementation.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, specifications, testing, and communication with users or business representatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to think creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Self-driven with the initiative to work independently and build relationships with senior team members.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Visio, including the ability to present information through text, diagrams, and data visualizations.
  • Good organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort with new challenges and a willingness to work beyond one’s usual comfort zone.
  • Open-minded approach to ambiguity, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
