Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our residential communities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys independent tasks, and thrives in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry facilities, garbage areas, and amenity spaces.
• Perform cleaning duties in vacant suites and conduct touch-ups as needed.
• Manage interior and exterior garbage collection.
• Assist with snow removal and minor painting tasks when required.
• Oversee and accurately manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
• Undertake additional tasks and provide support to other sites as necessary.

Experience and Education

• A minimum of two years of professional cleaning experience is required.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary.
• Familiarity with technology is considered an advantage.

Personal Attributes

• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including up to eight hours of walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting.
• Ability to maneuver heavy items up to 90kg with appropriate equipment.
• A strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A consistently positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work.

Additional Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle.
