Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our residential communities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys independent tasks, and thrives in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry facilities, garbage areas, and amenity spaces.
- Perform cleaning duties in vacant suites and conduct touch-ups as needed.
- Manage interior and exterior garbage collection.
- Assist with snow removal and minor painting tasks when required.
- Oversee and accurately manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
- Undertake additional tasks and provide support to other sites as necessary.
Experience and Education
- A minimum of two years of professional cleaning experience is required.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary.
- Familiarity with technology is considered an advantage.
Personal Attributes
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including up to eight hours of walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting.
- Ability to maneuver heavy items up to 90kg with appropriate equipment.
- A strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A consistently positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work.

- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle.
