Job Description

We are seeking an experienced API Testing Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, developing, and executing test plans for APIs, collaborating with development teams, and contributing to the automation of testing processes. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and performance of our API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for APIs using various tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and ensure seamless integration of tests into the development process.
• Develop automation frameworks using Java/JUnit to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Analyze data from performance testing activities to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in Agile methodologies (SAFe) to deliver high-quality products on time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in API testing, including designing and executing test plans.
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman and Rest Assured.
• Experience in developing automation frameworks, preferably with Java/JUnit.
• Familiarity with performance testing analysis and identifying system bottlenecks.
• Experience working within Agile (SAFe) environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
