Role overview

Helic & Co is hiring a full-time remote Appointment Setter based in Nigeria. In this position, you will coordinate and secure sales meetings for incoming leads with the company’s sales consultants over online video calls. The role requires careful scheduling across multiple time zones, consistent follow-up with prospects, and support in moving interested clients toward the company’s services.

What you will do

  • Arrange online sales meetings between incoming leads and sales consultants.
  • Handle scheduling accurately across different time zones.
  • Stay in touch with leads to confirm and reschedule meetings when needed.
  • Reach out to prospective clients and help progress them toward a sale.

What the company is looking for

  • Strong spoken English skills.
  • Clear communication and good people skills.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience setting appointments for audiences in multiple time zones.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
  • Sales background is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an added advantage.
