Job Overview

We are seeking experienced AR Callers with a focus on US Healthcare to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for managing claim follow-ups, handling denials, and verifying insurance information to ensure the financial health of our client practices. The position requires a strong understanding of the medical billing cycle and effective communication skills for interacting with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
• Analyze and manage denied claims, identifying reasons for denial and taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform insurance verification to ensure accurate patient eligibility and coverage details.
• Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve claim issues and improve collection rates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US healthcare billing regulations and payer policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in AR Calling or Medical Billing, specifically within the US healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to manage claim follow-up and denial management processes.
• Solid understanding of insurance verification procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using medical billing software and systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
