Role Overview
A Dubai-based Lebanese restaurant group is seeking an experienced Arabic baker with strong hands-on expertise in petit four and ka'ak sticks. The role is focused on producing high-quality traditional Arabic and Lebanese bakery items for a busy food production environment.

What You Will Do
- Prepare and bake premium Arabic cookies and petit four products to a consistently high standard.
- Preserve uniformity in flavor, texture, visual appeal, and final presentation across batches.
- Work strictly according to production plans and recipe specifications.
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene requirements at all times.
- Keep the bakery workspace clean, orderly, and well maintained.
Candidate Requirements
- Current availability inside the UAE is required.
- Hands-on background in producing Arabic cookies and petit four items.
- Strong practical skill in making ka'ak sticks and other traditional Arabic baked goods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production setup.
- Prior experience in Lebanese or Middle Eastern bakeries will be an advantage.
