Role overview
Highline is recruiting for an established architecture and design studio with a strong global reputation, seeking Architectural Designers and Architects to join its New York team in Manhattan.
This role offers the chance to contribute to major, technically demanding work across a range of sectors while partnering with highly experienced design and technical professionals.
What you will do
- Take part in projects from early design development through to construction administration.
- Produce clear, accurate design packages and technical drawing sets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and cross-functional project teams.
- Help manage Revit- and BIM-based collaboration and coordination.
- Support delivery on complex, large-scale assignments.
- Work alongside digital design and technology specialists.
- Guide junior colleagues and contribute positively to studio environment and culture.
What the role requires
- At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Advanced working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
- Proven background delivering complex architectural projects.
- Strong design sense paired with technical and coordination capabilities.
- Working familiarity with New York City building regulations and construction documentation.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, ACC, Navisworks, or visualization tools is advantageous.
- Architectural licensure is preferred, though not mandatory.
Additional information
Location: Manhattan, New York.
Compensation: $110,000 to $125,000.

This is a full-time onsite position.
