Role overview

A RIBA-chartered, multidisciplinary practice with an international footprint is hiring a proactive and skilled Architectural Technologist for its Glasgow studio. The role involves working on high-profile projects across a broad range of building sectors and contributing to projects from early stages through to completion.

What you will do

• Lead and support project delivery from concept stage through to handover.
• Produce building regulation information packages and handle planning submissions.
• Carry out site inspections to help ensure workmanship quality and technical compliance.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project team members.

Candidate profile

• You should hold a degree in Architectural Technology.
• Substantial post-qualification experience gained in a UK practice is required.
• Advanced Revit skills are essential.
• Experience running projects independently from start to finish is needed.
• Previous job-running experience is important.
• Strong ability in technical detailing is expected.
• You should have a solid understanding of UK building regulations.
• Clear communication and strong organisational abilities are necessary.
• You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Glasgow.
