Role Overview

The organization is seeking a skilled and commercially minded Area General Manager to take charge of multi-location operations, strengthen regional performance, and guide teams toward ambitious business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement regional business plans that support company priorities and expansion goals.

  • Mentor, support, and develop regional managers and operational staff to foster accountability and strong execution.

  • Oversee regional budgets, control costs, strengthen revenue outcomes, and protect profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal and regulatory obligations, safety requirements, and operational standards.
  • Spot opportunities for growth, including market expansion, new business development, and operational enhancement.
  • Lead strategic programs, change efforts, and collaboration across functions throughout the region.
