- Own the design process from early ideation through final handoff, maintaining a consistently high creative bar throughout.
- Turn brand direction and guidelines into engaging design work that advances business goals and resonates with audiences.
- Partner with account, project management, and other cross-functional teams to keep creative output aligned with client objectives and deadlines.
- Experiment with AI-enabled tools and new technologies to improve brainstorming, production speed, and creative innovation.
- Support and mentor junior designers while helping build a collaborative environment focused on learning and growth.
- Offer strategic creative input informed by audience behavior, performance metrics, and broader market trends.
Requirements
- Between 4 and 6 years of experience in an agency, creative studio, or another fast-paced creative setting.
- A strong foundation in graphic design, including typography, composition, branding, design principles, and visual communication.

- Hands-on experience creating social-first and performance-focused creative work that supports engagement and outcomes.
- Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, creative strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of how copy and design combine to create effective creative.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining accuracy and polished deliverables.
- Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies within the creative process.
- Solid organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across varied teams.
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently while still contributing positively to team efforts.
