Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring an Assistant Business Manager for its Fenwick Kingston counter in Kingston Upon Thames. This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week. The role sits at the heart of the retail team and combines leadership, commercial focus, and customer experience excellence.

What the role involves

As Assistant Business Manager, you will act as a strong ambassador for the brand and help deliver exceptional counter performance. The role requires a balance of team leadership, sales delivery, customer engagement, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Business Manager to support the retail team and maintain high standards across the store.

Key accountabilities

  • Support the store in achieving and exceeding financial targets and KPIs.
  • Help set individual and team sales goals and align them with Retail Artists.
  • Show commercial drive and enthusiasm for the brand and its performance.
  • Model outstanding customer service and help create memorable customer experiences.
  • Coach the team and provide feedback to ensure service and artistry standards are consistently met.
  • Build customer relationships beyond the counter, including using the client database for direct marketing opportunities.
  • Put development plans in place and hold regular review conversations with the team.
  • Help build a positive team environment through meetings, collaboration, recognition, and celebration of success.
  • Contribute ideas for events, activities, and initiatives that can strengthen sales and commercial results.
  • Keep visual merchandising, counter presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene to a high standard.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming standards and set the tone for the team.
