What the Hotel Is Looking For

About the Hiring Approach

Your Responsibilities
- Take charge of the front office and concierge area when the Front Office Manager is absent
- Support daily operations across the entire front office
- Work actively in shifts and ensure that service runs smoothly
- Coordinate the workflow of the front office team
- Serve as a knowledgeable contact for guests and colleagues
- Share responsibility for creating duty rosters and vacation schedules
- Conduct trainings, encourage team development, and identify learning needs
- Participate in hiring processes for the front office and concierge team as well as employee discussions
- Support and coach employees in up-selling and cross-selling
- Monitor compliance with Leading Hotels of the World standards
- Contribute to projects and help drive them forward with creative ideas
- Maintain active shift participation while ensuring smooth operations in line with company and service standards
- Provide personal guest care before, during, and after the stay
- Handle guest complaints professionally and work to secure guest satisfaction
- Ensure effective communication with all other hotel departments
