Experience and capability requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotels, ideally within a branded property.
• Solid understanding of front office, housekeeping, and maintenance operations.
• Experience with staffing/labor planning, forecasting, and awareness of revenue impact.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability, including the ability to stay composed in demanding situations.
• A visible, practical leadership style that supports the team directly and leads from the front.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Bilingual English and French skills are a strong advantage.
