Role Summary

This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Kampala for an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor. The role supports day-to-day housekeeping activities, helps uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards, oversees laundry functions, and responds professionally to guest or patient concerns. It also involves ensuring that safety requirements are followed and that the housekeeping unit remains orderly and productive.

Key Duties

• Coordinate the daily work of the housekeeping team and assign tasks efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas.
• Oversee laundry activities and ensure they are completed properly.
• Handle customer service interactions with professionalism and care.
• Address complaints, issues, and service concerns in a timely manner.
• Support adherence to workplace safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help keep the housekeeping department organized and running smoothly.
