Job Purpose
The role supports the sales function for advertisement business by helping execute sales plans, coordinating client communication, managing data and reporting, and carrying out market research to uncover growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day execution of sales plans, along with administrative and coordination assistance.
- Draft and organise sales presentations, proposals, and contracts with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Stay in regular contact with clients to handle queries, provide support, and follow up on pending proposals.
- Build and nurture constructive client relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain reliable records of sales activity, client interactions, and performance data.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts for management, drawing out meaningful insights and trends.
- Monitor sales performance indicators such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition cost to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Compile reports that surface trends, flag improvement areas, and support action planning.
- Carry out market research to identify prospective leads and business expansion opportunities.
- Review competitor actions and broader market movements to guide sales strategy.
Stakeholders
Internal: Lead - Sales - Advertisement, Marketing Department, Finance Department, Commercial Department, Human Resources
External: Clients, Advertising Agencies, Vendors and Concessionaires
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
Experience
Applicants should bring 3 to 7 years of experience in sales support, ideally within advertising or media.

This is an on-site role in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
