It also aims to build high-performing teams and celebrates both small and major wins to keep employees motivated and engaged.Role DetailsPosition: Assistant Manager – LogisticsDepartment: Supply Chain & LogisticsLocation: Bangalore (HQ)What You Will HandleCoordinate day-to-day logistics activity, including inbound and outbound movement, dispatch tracking, and preparation of key shipment documents such as invoices, e-way bills, GRNs, and delivery challans.Work with transport partners on vehicle availability, freight discussions, route planning, load optimization, and monitoring last-mile delivery performance.Assess vendor performance using turnaround time, cost, and dependability, and resolve issues related to delays, damage, or mismatched deliveries.Track logistics expenses, support cost-saving initiatives, maintain GST and statutory compliance, and assist with internal audit requirements.Build MIS reports covering freight spend and delivery metrics, review logistics KPIs, and suggest improvements to strengthen process efficiency.Profile We NeedThe ideal candidate should understand logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations well, and should be comfortable negotiating with vendors, coordinating across teams, and working with Excel. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a similar field is required, along with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
