  • Build productive relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist with change orders, project records, claims handling, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Help ensure every project meets company standards and client requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, millwork manufacturing, architectural woodwork, cabinetry, commercial construction, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of millwork fabrication methods, materials, manufacturing workflows, and installation practices.
  • Working knowledge of commercial construction processes and project coordination.
  • Hands-on experience managing schedules, budgets, and project records.
  • Ability to use project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, people skills, and organizational ability.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Preferred background includes custom millwork, architectural woodwork, commercial interiors, or specialty construction projects.
  • Familiarity with shop drawings, fabrication workflows, and installation coordination is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or similar credentials are preferred.
  • Experience working directly with architects, designers, general contractors, and owners is preferred.
