Role Summary
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the outlet’s daily operations in line with company policies and procedures. This role is accountable for helping the business achieve sales, profitability, and service goals, while ensuring product quality standards are consistently maintained. The position requires continuous improvement of outlet performance, strict adherence to operational standards, cost control without compromising quality or quantity, and the ability to foster a warm, customer-first environment across the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the outlet’s day-to-day activities and ensure operations run according to company guidelines.
- Support the achievement of sales, profitability, and customer service objectives.
