About the Role

The Associate Center Manager acts as the public face of a Cultfit centre. The position focuses on delivering a smooth member journey, improving sales outcomes, and maintaining excellent day-to-day operations. It calls for a strong sense of ownership, a customer-first mindset, and enthusiasm for building a lively, service-oriented fitness space.

Core Focus Areas

This role combines retail sales, sales communication, deal closure, promotional support, documentation, coordination, sales tools usage, operations handling, customer experience management, member engagement, customer consultation, store operations, and inventory control.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Take responsibility for monthly targets related to memberships, renewals, and upselling.
  • Improve conversion of walk-ins and trial visits through effective member consultations.
  • Handle the full membership conversion workflow with accurate, consistent, and orderly documentation through the portal.

Centre Operations Management

  • Keep daily centre activities running smoothly by using the prescribed checklist tool.
  • Monitor class timetables, trainer punctuality, and readiness of sessions.
  • Carry out daily facility checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Maintain stock of key supplies such as first-aid materials and water, and ensure replenishment happens on time.
  • Resolve operational issues connected to attendance, bookings, equipment, or overall facility readiness.

Member Experience & Engagement

  • Develop a strong connection with members and help create a friendly, community-focused atmosphere.
  • Handle escalations and ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after classes.
  • Collect and record feedback from members and trainers to support ongoing improvement.
  • Represent Cultfit’s service standards and serve as the main point of contact for the centre.

What Success Looks Like

  • Targets for sales and conversions are achieved or exceeded.
  • The centre remains smooth-running, compliant, and high-performing on a consistent basis.
  • Member satisfaction, retention, and NPS stay strong.
  • The centre maintains a positive ambience, strong audit results, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
  • Experience of 2 to 5 years in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or other service-based roles.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
  • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and community building is an added advantage.
