About the role
Peloton is seeking a strategic Associate Creative Director with a global perspective to guide and expand the brand’s creative presence across the US and key international regions, including the UK, Germany, and Australia. In this position, you will develop campaigns that connect Peloton’s worldwide brand direction with the cultural context of each local market. You will help shape distinctive creative work that stays consistent to the brand while feeling relevant to members wherever they are.
You will work closely with regional marketing leaders, creative strategists, the creative voice and tone team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop campaigns that strengthen brand affinity, drive engagement, and contribute to business goals across several markets. The role involves turning global brand strategies into market-specific creative ideas, adjusting concepts for local nuance, and overseeing work from initial concept through final delivery. This position reports to the Creative Director.
Key impact
- Lead creative development for campaigns in the UK, Germany, and Australia, making sure the work reflects Peloton’s global brand direction and meets a high creative standard.
- Work with global brand partners to localize core campaigns for different markets while preserving brand consistency and adding cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with international marketing, communications, and media teams to understand audience insights, market conditions, and campaign goals, then shape creative that supports local outcomes.
- Direct concept development, narrative building, and production for integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, including social, digital, out-of-home, and experiential formats.
- Coach designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative collaborators across markets by giving clear feedback, encouraging strong creative work, and building a shared sense of direction.
- Track local trends, cultural shifts, and platform changes in each region so that campaigns stay timely, authentic, and relevant.
- Partner with strategy, production, and media teams to ensure the creative output meets business objectives while staying innovative and aligned with the brand.
- Manage several fast-moving projects at once and bring structure and clarity to complex workflows.
What you bring
- Deep experience leading creative teams and managing high-stakes projects in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- A proven record of delivering creative campaigns for international or multi-market brands.
- Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling, and adapting ideas for different cultures and markets.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across time zones and cultural contexts.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and campaign execution across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar creative tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain and advocate for ideas.
- Strong organizational habits, initiative, and flexibility when handling complex work.
- Alignment with Peloton’s mission of making fitness more accessible and the ability to inspire global audiences through the connection between movement and creativity.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this New York City-based position is USD 168,750 to USD 207,300. Final pay will depend on factors such as experience, business needs, and the location tied to the role. Base pay is only one part of Peloton’s broader rewards package, which also includes annual equity awards, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and region-specific health and welfare benefits.
