About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Event Management professional to support Telecom NOC operations. This position is centered on monitoring live network events, spotting outages quickly, confirming the business impact, and ensuring that incidents are escalated and communicated correctly. The role acts as a control center for service-impacting situations across IP Ethernet, transport, FTT, and other critical infrastructure domains.
What You Will Do
- Continuously watch network events in real time and identify issues that may affect service.
- Detect outages early and verify their operational impact.
- Manage escalation flow and make sure incidents are routed to the right teams without delay.
- Handle communication during major incidents and keep stakeholders informed.
- Track ownership of outages and ensure every critical event has clear accountability.
- Support operations across IP Ethernet, transport networks, FTT, and related infrastructure environments.
