About the role

This position sits within Singtel’s Business TV product marketing function and plays an important part in delivering revenue fulfilment for TV services to business customers. The role supports commercial planning, go-to-market execution, and service operations for TV solutions across the enterprise and business segment.

The work is especially centered on hospitality accounts, including hotels, hospitals, and serviced apartments. You will help shape solution proposals, support project delivery, and coordinate ongoing operational matters to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What you will do

  • Own and coordinate TV solution activities for business clients, with a strong focus on hospitality-related customers such as hotels, hospitals, and serviced residences.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing creative and compelling TV solution proposals that help secure new business.
  • Support the delivery of hospitality projects and help ensure customers receive their services on time at the designated premises.
  • Handle day-to-day TV operations for business accounts in coordination with vendors.
  • Manage TV channel administration, including channel launches and cessations.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering. Experience in project management will be an added advantage.

You should bring at least 2 years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market work, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong stakeholder management is important, especially when working with equipment suppliers, TV solution vendors, and business customers through end-to-end delivery.

A working understanding of video broadcasting and headend concepts would be beneficial. You should also be able to work with engineering and product teams and turn technical information into clear customer-focused value propositions.

The role also calls for the ability to benchmark competitors in the enterprise space, using those insights to support pricing decisions, roadmap priorities, and win/loss analysis.
