Role Summary
This position is a full-time remote opportunity for an Associate Recruiter. The role focuses on finding and engaging suitable candidates for CNC-related openings, handling the recruitment cycle from start to finish, and keeping communication active with both clients and candidates. It calls for strong organization, initiative, and the ability to connect skilled machining professionals with the right jobs.
What We’re Looking For

Preference is given to candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels and tools.
- Craft personalized outreach messages to engage potential hires.
- Run screening conversations and assess candidate fit.
- Learn the basics of the trade with training support provided.
- Study local manufacturers and labor market trends.
- Help prepare candidate submissions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-up communication.
- Keep CRM and ATS information current and accurate.
