Job description
Role Overview
This is a 12-month contract opportunity for an Associate Scientist in Dublin, Ireland, with a multinational organisation supporting a major biopharma facility development. The role offers practical exposure to modern pharmaceutical technologies, large-scale operations, and advanced scientific equipment within a fast-growing life sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run analytical methods under moderate supervision, including technical execution, investigation of data issues, troubleshooting, and method optimisation.
- Provide analytical support to MS&T activities focused on characterising next-generation processes.
- Work alongside the QC team to help resolve technical problems as they arise.
- Assist in the development and qualification of analytical test methods for both new and existing products.
- Carry out periodic method performance reviews, then collaborate with the team lead to design remediation studies and implement updates to commercial methods.
