About the role
In this position, you would work independently delivering audiology services to HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients. The work includes hearing evaluations, device recommendation, fitting, and client consultation. You would also have access to hearing aid technology from multiple manufacturers, helping improve client outcomes and day-to-day job satisfaction.
The role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to hearing care while being part of a supportive, forward-looking team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide adult hearing services to clients.
- Carry out hearing assessments.
- Recommend appropriate hearing devices and complete fittings.
- Deliver counselling and rehabilitative audiology support.
- Work with GPs and take part in local marketing activities that promote hearing services.
Candidate profile
Successful candidates are expected to be experienced audiologists or audiometrists with strong knowledge of hearing device products. A current CCC and active membership with an audiology peak body are required. The ideal person is keen to keep expanding their expertise in hearing health, commercially aware, confident in meeting KPIs, and skilled at building relationships with clients through clear communication and empathy.
