Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Autoclave Technician/Operator to support plant-based production in Al Ain, UAE. This full-time role involves managing autoclave cycles, hot press activities, demoulding tasks, and tool preparation to ensure cured composite parts are manufactured in line with product design requirements.
What You Will Do
- Operate autoclave equipment and complete production runs for bonded composite structures.
- Carry out vacuum bagging and leak checks to support reliable curing results.
- Prepare the necessary moulding tools before production starts.
- Remove cured items safely from tooling while maintaining quality standards.
- Confirm safety checks are completed before each autoclave cycle.
- Follow all department QHSSE procedures throughout the work process.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role within a relevant manufacturing environment. A high school diploma, technical apprenticeship, or equivalent practical hands-on experience is required.

This position is based in Al Ain and is intended for immediate joining. Applicants should already be located in Al Ain or be ready to relocate there.
