  • Monitor access logs for compliance and report any anomalies.
  • Assist security operations in resolving badge or access-related issues.
  • Verify that gate pass requirements align with client and authority protocols (e.g., ADNOC, local authorities).
  • Ensure badge issuance strictly follows company and client HSSE/security policies.
  • Support audits by providing accurate and timely badge and access data.
  • Report any suspicious access activities or policy violations to Security Management.
  • Implement procedures for managing lost, stolen, or damaged badges.
  • Act as the primary contact for employees and contractors concerning badge and access procedures.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and agencies to gather necessary documentation for badge activation.
  • Communicate updates on badge policies, security requirements, and access rules to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date badge registers, trackers, and associated documentation.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing badge statistics and access activities.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of employee and contractor information.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in security administration, access control, or site badge operations, ideally within the oil & gas, EPC, construction, or industrial project sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience with Access Control Systems (ACS), biometrics, or ID card software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
