Role Overview

As a Bar Porter, you will keep the bar fully stocked and ready so bartenders have everything they need to prepare drinks without delay. This is a hands-on role for someone who works quickly, communicates clearly, and stays calm and organized during busy service periods. The position plays an important part in helping the bar operate smoothly and maintain strong service standards.

What You Bring

You should be energetic, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality setting. A strong eye for detail, a professional attitude, and the ability to work well with others are essential. The role also requires physical capability to move and lift heavy stock and equipment, along with a commitment to cleanliness and efficiency.

You are expected to have knowledge and enthusiasm for food, beverages, and the hospitality industry. Safe Liquor certification is also required, as it confirms responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with liquor regulations.
