Role Overview

Gloria Osteria Dublin is looking for a Bar Supervisor to lead daily bar service and support the team in delivering a warm, efficient, and upbeat guest experience.

Key Duties

• Oversee the bar’s day-to-day workflow, including preparation, service, shift handovers, and both opening and closing tasks.
• Lead by example, uphold service standards, and help train new barbacks and bartenders.
• Keep the bar area clean, well-organised, and aligned with all health and safety requirements.
• Provide strong customer service and help maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
• Represent Big Mamma’s values through a professional, welcoming, collaborative, and proactive approach.

About You

• You have a genuine interest in Italian cuisine and cocktails.
• You bring energy, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset to work.
• You communicate well, lead confidently, and handle customer service with ease.
• You know classic cocktails thoroughly.
• You have previously worked as a head bartender or bar supervisor in a busy bar environment.
• You are available on flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• Pay is €16.65 gross per hour, with tronc included.
• The schedule follows a 5-day work week with 2 days off.
